Bourbon Pecan

This is about as Southern as it gets! Our bourbon gelato is layered with local pecans and homemade caramel.

Inspired by frequent flights, we thought our favorite "snacks on a plane" would make for an interesting gelato. We make a delicious biscoff gelato and layer it with pretzels and peanuts for an incredibly unique treat!

Peppermint Bark

We love the holidays so much, we want to keep a part of it all year! Our peppermint bark flavor is a smooth peppermint gelato with crushed peppermints and chocolate chips layered throughout.

Chocolate Gelato

We start with some seriously dark chocolate of the highest quality before melting it down in our own dairy mix to create the best and richest dark chocolate gelato you will find anywhere!

Watermelon Sorbet

Our most refreshing offering, this sorbet is light, crisp, and can be topped off with a dash of sea salt for a truly Southern delight.

The Kang

We just wouldn't be Southern (or inspired) without an ode to Mr. Presley's indulgent creation. Ours features toasted banana ice cream with ribbons of peanut butter caramel. We'd add bacon, but the Feds would shut us down.

Black Walnut

Native to Georgia, the black walnut has a distinctively smoky taste and a wonderful crunch. We layer them into a gelato flavored with our handmade walnut liqueur for a rich, warm offering.

Ginger Molasses

Sweet Sassy Molassey! This Southern staple gets a generous kick from freshly pureed ginger root and a bit of depth from pure, blackstrap molasses.

Cheesecake

We weave locally made ricotta and mascarpone into a decadent gelato. This is one of our "Mountain Jam" favorites, blueberry cheesecake gelato! Our homemade blueberry jam is the perfect addition to this delicious gelato. Make sure you try our strawberry cheesecake as well!

Honey

We use all kinds of local, seasonal honeys (Sourwood, Tupelo, Purple Starthistle, etc.) but also do our best to look overseas for unique flavors like Acacia and Italian Chestnut.

Mint Julep

Fresh mint leaves and our house Bourbon combine for a taste that is light, yet complex.

Toasted Coconut

We brown coconut flakes, then steep them in cream to create a flavor reminiscent of macaroons.

Lavender

Using a blend of Provencial lavenders and a touch of Gallberry honey, this flavor is simply ethereal.

Sea Salted Caramel

Starting with an old family recipe and fresh local butter, we make our caramel sauces daily in a copper kettle. Outside of our favorite sea salted caramel flavor, we offer a few standbys as well as unique flavors and, like most things at Honeysuckle, we’re constantly tinkering.
